You can read about it to learn about this then add your camera brand and model number and you can see what your camera does. You can download a meta-data reader for free off of the internet and there are plenty to choose from. Let me know what you find out. You can buy a professional meta-data reader that will also allow you to edit this information. You can change it or just zero/blank it out. Can't wait to see your new video.
